Hello! I’m Samantha Lou Lause, the heart and hand behind Light of Lou. I’m so glad you’re here! I am often asked the reason for starting Light of Lou. I’ve simply always cherished finding that perfect moment to light a candle in my home - there is just something about it! It’s not just about the flicker of the flame, but the flood of emotions and memories it brings. Whether it’s the warmth of holiday gatherings or the fresh spring breeze through open windows, I believe that candles have the power to encapsulate moments of joy and nostalgia. Growing up, the changing scents of candles in our home marked the passage of seasons and became a cherished part of my childhood memories. These scents became interwoven with the joy and celebration of those times and a timeless reminder of family moments cherished and the simple yet profound joy of being together. All of our fragrances are phthalate-free and adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity. Light of Lou takes it a step further and only uses Clean Scents

Purchasing from the greater Lima area and want to save on shipping cost? Look no further! We provide a convenient local pickup option in the parking lot of Lima Community Church.

When: Saturday mornings from 8:30 am - 9:00 am.

This will be on an as needed basis and we will reach out to setup a pickup date.
